Our business line is active for 20 years in the field of human resources. With lateral entry as administrator staff until the last 10 years in management/line positions in different sectors, companies and small and large-scale projects. The basic training was carried out in the hotel area of staff Edupool, HR specialist FA to last for the head of Human Resources SKP. Various projects have been carried out in the HR area: building a plant, wage outsourcing and process optimizations – independently and in cooperation with interfaces.

Our range of expertise is extended by very good overall foreign language skills: good knowledge of English and French and a basic knowledge of Italian.

There is also an extensive knowledge of different HRM systems, in particular SAP R3.

Temporary activity as a lecturer in HR areas of expertise guarantees knowledge that is up to date. Also different training programs for HR issues ( labor law, international HR,  conversation etc.) contribute to a contemporary knowledge and a continuous development.
